Order Process
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your item ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information so you can follow your item on its journey to your doorstep!
All orders are made to order through Printify and typically take 2–7 business days to process before shipping.

United States
- FREE shipping on orders $6.99 or more
- Flat rate of $4.69 for orders under $6.99
- Delivery Time: 2–7 business days (after production)
International
- Flat rate of $4.69 on all orders
- Delivery Time: Typically 7-15 business days, but can stretch up to 10–21 business days (after production)

Customs & Taxes (for International Orders)
Some countries may charge customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. Refusing to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs authorities.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Since all stickers are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please read below:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your sticker arrives damaged, misprinted, or the wrong design was sent, we’ve got you covered! Please email us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.

There is no need to return the damaged item.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and cancellation is no longer possible.
Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or update your order.
Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order appears to be lost, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate or offer a solution when possible.
